MICHEL GLAS

Founder

Michel founded LMG in 2006 after a career dedicated to Private Wealth Management at top tier investment banks.

Michel joined Credit Suisse in 2001 based in London where he was Head of Private Client services for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Michel was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley London in the Private Wealth Management department for sixteen years where he was instrumental in setting up the Private Client Business at Morgan Stanley in Europe. He started his career at Banque Rothschild in Paris and also worked at Chemical Bank in Paris and New York.

Michel was born and educated in Paris. He holds the Diploma of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and an advanced degree in Economics from the University of Paris X as well as an MBA from INSEAD.

He is married and has one child. He has been living in London since 1985 and moved to Madrid in 2017.

ELIAS MOUZANNAR

Director, Head of London Office

Elias Mouzannar joined London Management Group in 2012. He runs the London Office, coordinates marketing activities and oversees execution and risk control of the firm’s portfolio management activities.

Prior to joining LMG, Elias worked at Credit Suisse in London where he was an Associate in the Equity Capital Markets Department working as an Equity Analyst in the HOLT team covering Emerging Markets. Before joining Credit Suisse in 2009, Elias was an analyst at HSBC in New York working in Emerging Markets Equity Sales covering New York and Boston based Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds.

Elias obtained a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business school in Paris and holds a Masters in Economics degree from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

He is married and has one child. He has been living in London since 2009.

CARL FERNEINI

Relationship Manager

Carl Ferneini joined London Management Group in 2017 and has over 10 years of banking and financial markets experience.

Prior to joining LMG, Carl was a client advisor with UBS Wealth Management in London and Dubai and remained with them for 4 years. His main area of expertise is advising UHNW and HNW individuals and family offices across the Middle East region providing bespoke financial advice on multiple asset classes, funds selection and property financing.

Carl has an Msc in Finance from the University of Warwick and a bachelor’s in business administration from the American University of Beirut. He speaks fluently English, French and Arabic.

OLIVIER CASTAGNE

Portfolio Manager

Olivier Castagne joined LMG in April 2006 and prior to that worked in Strategy Consulting at Kaiser Associates. After 2008, he was involved in running a family office and re-joined LMG in March 2013. Olivier has been actively involved in financial markets since 2003.

Olivier was born in France and educated in France, London, Buenos Aires and Madrid. He holds a first-class BA in International Business with a major in Finance from the European Business School. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

FREDERIK TUFTE

Relationship Manager

Frederik Tufte joined LMG in 2017 and is responsible for raising capital in the Scandinavian markets. Frederik was also the co-founder and CFO of Globex Oil and Gas Corporation in 2009, which was split up, and he continues ownership management of his part today through his new wholly owned company Rannug Resources (USA) Ltd.

Prior to starting Globex, Frederik worked as an analyst at Storm Capital Management London, a long/short hedge fund with a Nordic focus (2007-2009).

Frederik holds a BSc Honours in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, London (2004-2007). He is fluent in English and Norwegian.

VANESSA KIDSON

Office Manager

Vanessa joined London Management Group in 2018 and is in charge of the office administration.

Prior to joining LMG, Vanessa was a teacher for more than 20 years, teaching English and Mathematics in various schools and Colleges including Bishopshalt School, Richmond Adult Community College, Carshalton Boys’ Sports College and West Bank High School.

Vanessa obtained from University of Port Elizabeth a Bachelor of Arts and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education. She is fluent in English, and Afrikaans.
